Me and my husband went here for lunch. Loved the decor and the staff were very friendly. We chose 3 different small plates each. The plates had more on them than expected. All of the food was delicious. My favourite eas the chorizo and black pudding hot pot and my husband really enjoyed the smoked haddock scotch egg. Foos and drinks were very reasonably priced. The ladies toilet was beautifully decorated and the basket with various toiletries in it was a nice touch. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to family and friends. ~ Nicola H

This is the second time in a week I have visited and for a good reason! The food is really tasty and fresh, service is great and always with a smile (especially manager Ian), and the place has a great atmosphere. I’ve been at both lunch and dinner time and enjoyed the music and general buzz. Can’t wait to see this place thrive in the city! ~ Jenna R

Fantastic food and service in a beautiful setting. We were a group of 8 hungry men on a business dinner and the 3 plates each were more than enough to fill us up. Recommend the house Malbec, Shetland Mussels, and to be honest the whole menu looks awesome… will be back to try the rest of it soon! ~ Craig S

Love a Sunday roast and I must say this place did not disappoint. Food was delicious, portion really generous and for a food that is hard to present nicely it look amazing. We arrived early for our booking (15/20mins) and were turned away in a snippy and unfriendly manner and told, curtly, to come back at the right time. We nearly cancelled but glad we didn't. We returned and were welcomed, in a buisness like, manner of no warmth and shown to our table. From then on we had a very good experience. Lovely, helpful waitress. Nice small plates menu. Tasty food. Good service and great evening. We would highly recommend this rrestaurant but don't arrive early or late as no allowance for our age (80s) was made. Thank goodness it wasn't raining! ~ Ron T
